  • If no resolution is reached, report the issue to our support team with evidence (screenshots, chat logs, transaction details).
  • Our team will review the case and take appropriate action.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Buyer changes their mind after the purchase.
  • The account is banned or suspended due to actions taken by the buyer.
  • The buyer fails to follow the seller’s transfer instructions properly.
