2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:
- The purchased account is significantly different from the description in the listing.
- The account is inaccessible due to fraudulent activities by the seller.
- The seller fails to deliver the account details as promised.
3. Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
- Contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
- If no resolution is reached, report the issue to our support team with evidence (screenshots, chat logs, transaction details).
- Our team will review the case and take appropriate action.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Buyer changes their mind after the purchase.
- The account is banned or suspended due to actions taken by the buyer.
- The buyer fails to follow the seller’s transfer instructions properly.
